Dashboards
Dashboards provide a quick access view of pertinent information, tailored to the building, service, role, or other specific needs for each client.
Services
Device level information is important, but individual devices are part of a larger system. The Services views allow for a single view of groups of devices – whether its all the videoconferencing devices on a floor, the group of devices that comprise a room, or the endpoints and server hardware for your IPTV distribution. Service views put all pertinent details on a single page view for ease of access and root cause analysis.
Mapping
View your services and endpoints as an heirarchy, with health, availability, and risk shown as it connects through the service pathway. Health, Availability, and Risk over time are shown, along with current events.
Device Configurations
Device Configuration information is shown as a current state with the ability to recall snapshots of previous states and their changes, whether its firmware version, or the resolution of a connected display.
Performance
Data tracked over time is stored as Performance data. Occupancy information, CPU utilization, or even how often a USB device is connected is stored here.
Alerting
Generate custom alerts tailored to the conditions and situations that matter most, and receive them in the way that best fits your needs. Email, Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and more are available for integration, with customizable quick access to events, ticketing, or even actions.
